About Sybiz Visipay Employee Self Service (ESS)
ESS provides employees the ability to fetch payslip copies, check balances and manage their own HR and leave details from a secure web portal. Reducing paperwork and manual handling, leave requests are submitted and approved through the portal.

Employees can also be granted access to view and maintain vocation and training details, property and travel, and more.

Leave Requests
Send leave requests to your manager from the web without paper work. Request leave anywhere, any time.

Leave Balances
View your accrued leave balances and expected leave balances in the future.

Staff Leave Management
Managers can view, approve or reject leave requests anywhere, any time.

Payslip Archive
View and download past payslips and manage your earnings without having to consult your payroll officer.

Payment Summary Archive
View and download your historical payment summaries. Access future Income Statements and Year to Date earnings via MyGov.

Earnings and Tax Balances
See at a glance your total earnings, allowances, deductions, fringe benefits, PAYG and net amount per pay. See totals easily without having to open individual payslips.

Superannuation History
See how much has been paid to your nominated superannuation fund and in which pay period.

Banking History
Easily see which bank account salary or wages have been paid into and exactly how much was paid.

Human Resource Management
Manage employee KPA’s, qualifications, licenses, training, travel, emergency contacts and more with integrated HRM functionality. Permissions can be set to allow view or edit rights for each section.

Out of Office Connectivity
Log into ESS from anywhere with an internet connection, depending on your company’s policies. Send in a leave request instead of waiting until you're back in the office.

No Double Entry
If you're already logged into ESS, payslips and PDF's don't require a password.
